WILL THE LID FIT OTHER MAGSIP BOTTLES?

Lids are designed to fit their matching Magsip size. Cross-size compatibility varies, so check the product page for confirmed fits before ordering a spare lid.

IS MAGSIP DISHWASHER SAFE?

The bottle body is top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend hand-washing the lid and straw to protect the magnets and seal.

CAN I FREEZE MAGSIP?

We don't recommend freezing Magsip with liquid inside, as expansion can damage the vacuum seal. Chilling drinks in the fridge before pouring works best.

CAN I FERMENT IN MAGSIP?

Magsip is designed for everyday drinks, not fermentation. Carbonation or fermenting liquids can build pressure and damage the seal, so we don't recommend it.

HOW DO I OPEN THE SIP STRAW?

Press the release button on the lid and flip the integrated straw upward — it's leak-proof when closed and ready to sip in one motion.
