We want you to love your magsip products! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days.

Condition: Items should be in completely unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees aren’t refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds: Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take up to 30 business days once processed.

Non-Magsip Items: Only send magsip products, we can’t process non-magsip items.
Complete Returns: If your order included promotional or free items, please return everything to receive a full refund.
Ineligible Items: Personalized items, warranty claim orders, and certain limited edition items aren’t eligible for returns or refunds.
Drop-Off Receipts: Keep your receipt for peace of mind. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
